Diego Navia is an operating model architect and consulting leader who has spent 35+ years designing and building the systems that run global enterprises. Most operating model advisors come from strategy. Diego comes from building. At PwC, he co-founded and led the Service Delivery Network — taking it from zero to ~70,000 people across nine global hubs, five continents. That meant personally driving site selection, setting up global legal structures, acquiring practices, establishing local partnerships, defining the standard tech stack, building the service catalog, and designing the skill models and leverage ratios that made the economics work. Not a blueprint handed off to someone else. The actual machine.
Before PwC, he architected one of the earliest and largest SAP implementations globally, built the second-largest workflow installation by volume in the world, and served as Director of Global Strategy — across 15+ years at Accenture, KPMG, and BearingPoint, spanning 30+ countries and 9-digit programs.
He's been at the operating model table through every major technology shift: ERP platforms, workflow at industrial scale, shared services and GBS, RPA and automation — and now AI. The technology changes every cycle. The architecture question doesn't. That pattern recognition, built over decades of doing, is what digitiXe brings to every engagement.
